What Integrated Care
Adds

Every treatment here runs through one approach: the Integrative Method. It starts with the Sigmund Assessment, a structured evaluation your clinician reviews before your first appointment, so they understand your full clinical picture, history, and goals from day one. From there, a single clinician coordinates medication, evidence-based therapy, and lifestyle medicine on one plan, and tracks progress with validated tools so adjustments follow data, not guesswork.

As Dr. Sultan puts it: "Why is it either medication or therapy or exercise or diet? Let's stack it." That's what integrative means here: three pillars in a single plan, owned by one clinician, tracked against real data. See how the Integrative Method works.

Frequently Asked Questions

What treatments and therapies does Integrative Psych offer?

CBT, DBT, EMDR, and psychoanalytic therapy as our core psychotherapy modalities, plus psychopharmacology and specialized treatments including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, holistic care, anger management, stress management, and mindfulness. We also provide couples therapy. Most plans combine therapy with medication from the same clinician.

You don't have to figure that out alone. The Sigmund Assessment maps your symptoms, history, and context before your first appointment. Your clinician reviews it, discusses what you've tried, and recommends the modality or combination that fits. If the first plan isn't working, we measure and adjust.

Yes, and most of our patients do. One clinician handles both your medication and your therapy, so you're not coordinating between a separate prescriber and therapist or repeating your history to two offices. Your clinician sees how therapy, medication, and lifestyle are landing, and adjusts all of it together.

Yes. Medication is one option, not a requirement. Many patients see us for therapy alone, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and psychoanalytic work. Because the same clinician handles both, you can add or step back from medication later without starting over with a new provider.

Yes. The first step is a consultation, with no requirement to continue. If our model isn't the right fit, your clinician will say so and offer referrals. Many patients use their first appointment as a second opinion on an existing treatment plan.

Crisis Resources: We are not an emergency treatment clinic. If you or a loved one is in crisis, call 911, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), or go to the nearest emergency room. Integrative Psych is an outpatient practice and is not equipped to provide crisis intervention.
