Mental Health Conditions
We Treat

Integrative Psych treats the full range of adult and adolescent mental health conditions, coordinated by one clinician across medication, therapy, and lifestyle. Most patients arrive with more than one condition tangled together, and that's the case our model is built for.

What Integrated Care Looks Like

Every condition here is treated through one approach: the Integrative Method. It starts with the sigmund assessment, a structured evaluation your clinician reviews before your first appointment, so they understand the full picture, history, and goals from day one. From there, a single clinician coordinates medication, evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ERP, psychoanalytic), and lifestyle medicine in one plan, and tracks progress with validated tools so adjustments follow data, not guesswork.

That matters most for the patients we see. Co-occurring conditions are the majority, not the exception, and treating them as one integrated case beats handing you between a separate prescriber and therapist. See how the Integrative Method works.

Frequently Asked Questions

What mental health conditions does Integrative Psych treat?

ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, trauma and PTSD, addiction and substance use, eating disorders, autism, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, and insomnia. We see adults and teens, and we treat co-occurring conditions as a single plan rather than referring them out.

Yes, and most of our patients have more than one. ADHD with anxiety, depression with insomnia, trauma with substance use: these combinations are the rule. Because one clinician coordinates medication, therapy, and lifestyle, co-occurring conditions are treated as one integrated case.

You don't need to know before booking. The Sigmund Assessment maps what's happening before a diagnosis is named, and your clinician uses that plus your consultation to clarify the picture. Many patients arrive expecting one condition and leave with a more accurate, more treatable understanding.

Both. Our clinicians include psychiatrists dual board-certified in adult and child and adolescent psychiatry. Age ranges and clinician availability vary by condition, and your care coordinator confirms what applies to your case when you book.

Yes. The first step is a consultation, with no requirement to continue. If our model isn't the right fit, your clinician will say so and offer referrals. Many patients use an initial consultation as a second opinion on an existing treatment plan.

Crisis Resources: We are not an emergency treatment clinic. If you or a loved one is in crisis, call 911, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), or go to the nearest emergency room. Integrative Psych is an outpatient practice and is not equipped to provide crisis intervention.
