Dr. Shayna Feuer is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing integrative, evidence-based mental health care. She understands how overwhelming it can be to seek support and is committed to creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered. Her approach blends thoughtful psychotherapy with advanced medication management, tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

Dr. Feuer holds a Bachelor’s degree from New York University and both Master’s and Doctoral degrees from Columbia University. With clinical experience across inpatient and outpatient settings, she draws on a deep understanding of the mental health care continuum. She has worked extensively with individuals facing a wide range of mental health conditions and has expertise in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, psychosis, and more. She often incorporates holistic modalities such as mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) to support whole-person wellness. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Feuer provides inclusive, culturally responsive care to a diverse patient population.

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Feuer is a passionate advocate for mental health access and education. She serves on the board of a nonprofit focused on expanding mental health programming and regularly organizes community events that bridge mental health and the arts. Her research interests include LGBTQ+ health, trauma-informed care, and global access to treatment. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, reading, music, caring for her many plants, and spending time with her senior dog, Tink.
