I bring a uniquely integrative and holistic approach to mental healthcare. My journey began with a passion for understanding how the mind and body work together to influence overall well-being.
Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by the belief that healing and performance are interconnected. I integrate evidence-based psychiatric care with lifestyle medicine principles, helping patients achieve sustainable mental health through personalized treatment plans that may include physical activity, nutritional support, behavioral strategies, and medication when appropriate.
Whether I'm working with individuals recovering from trauma, navigating mood and anxiety disorders, or seeking to optimize performance and prevent burnout, my mission is to empower each person with the tools and insight to take ownership of their health.
I consider my role as a psychiatric practitioner an immense privilege as I am able to take an intimate role in the treatment of others that helps them navigate their mental-health and ultimately provides the tools necessary to allow them to rewrite their life narrative. My work focuses on allowing individuals to understand that their past does not have to define their future.
What Drives You?
As a first-generation American, I have a profound sense of gratitude for the sacrifices made to enable me to live a life full of opportunities my parents never had, the most profound of which I consider the ability to not just dream of a better life, but to have the ability to actualize one. I am driven not by fame, fortune, or power, but rather by the desire to change the world. I believe that by helping others attain their highest potential I will ultimately make the world a better place.
I view each patient encounter as an opportunity to ignite change first within the individual, and eventually within the broader healthcare system. I am passionate about shifting our model of care from one that reacts to illness to one that prevents it, fosters resilience, and equips people to thrive.
What is your academic background?
Rather than follow a traditional academic route, I created my own multidisciplinary course of study. I combined exercise science, psychology, nutrition, and entrepreneurship. I pursued this blend of disciplines to understand each subject as both a single element and as part of one integrative whole. Doing so has enabled me to see the full picture of human wellness, allowing me to not merely help people, but empower them to live happier, healthier lives.
After graduating with my bachelors I quickly matriculated into an accelerated Nurse Practitioner program where I spent the first year becoming a registered nurse and the second becoming a nurse practitioner.
What is my approach
My approach is integrative and holistic, grounded in the idea that mental health is inseparable from physical health, daily habits, personal meaning, and the unique narratives that shape each person’s life.
What is my favorite part of my work?
The most rewarding part of my work is witnessing people realize their potential, reclaim their confidence, and reconnect with the dreams they may have lost along the way. Helping others live happier, healthier, and more fulfilled lives gives me a deep sense of purpose. And I believe that when people are empowered to pursue their own dreams, they create a positive chain reaction that truly can make the world a better place.

I am here for you and willing to work with you, but I will not work for you. My goal is to provide you with the tools you need to take ownership of your life and make sustainable lifestyle changes to accomplish your goals.
