Ryan Sultan, MD
Medical Director, Board Certified Adult and Child Psychiatrist
Columbia University and New York-Presbyterian

Dr. Ryan Sultan is an internationally recognized, double board-certified psychiatrist trained at Columbia, Cornell, and Emory. He treats patients of all ages, specializing in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and ketamine-based treatments. As a professor of clinical psychiatry at Columbia University, Dr. Sultan combines his psychoanalytic background with a holistic, integrative approach, incorporating mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and evidence-based Eastern medicine into his care.

Yiting leads webpage content creation, developing evidence-based articles on child and adolescent mental health, and manages the uploading and publishing of all editorial materials. As Research Coordinator at the Sultan Lab for Mental Health Informatics, she also guarantees research accuracy and presents her findings rigorously in every post.

Dr. Ryan Sultan is a double board–certified psychiatrist (Adult & Child) trained at Columbia, Cornell, and Emory. As Medical Director of Integrative Psych and Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Columbia University, he specializes in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and ketamine-assisted therapy. He blends psychoanalytic methods with evidence-based mindfulness, CBT, and holistic treatments to tailor care across the lifespan.
Zurama Rodriguez, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Zurama is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in child, adolescent, and eating disorder treatment. She brings clinical expertise from Monte Nido and Seattle Children’s Hospital, and is currently completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice. As a reviewer, she ensures our content is evidence-based, inclusive, and grounded in best practices.
